Architectural Design
The coastal residential tower is defined by its fluid, curvilinear geometry, offering uninterrupted views towards the sea and shaping the spatial experience of its verandas and interior amenities.
This dynamic design creates a strong visual connection with the surrounding seascape, where continuity and flow are central to the architectural concept.
Challenges & System Selection
The continuously shifting geometry of the tower presented a significant challenge, as conventional precast solutions could not adapt to the irregular layouts of the verandas.
To meet both design and performance requirements, UniPave Beige was selected for its adaptability, durability, and suitability for external exposure, while maintaining a seamless, monolithic finish.
UniPave & UniTech Application
UniPave Beige was applied across the exterior surfaces, thanks to its lightweight build-up, adjustable thickness, and integrated drainage capability, allowing precise adaptation to the building’s geometry.
In the spa areas, UniTech was used across both horizontal and vertical surfaces, creating a continuous, soft, and refined finish.
The result is a cohesive system of finishes applied across 382,000m² externally and additional interior surfaces, supporting architectural continuity while delivering long-term performance.
