Kitchen
Applied UniTech system over screed helicopters for a perfectly smooth surface. The necessary altimeters, due to the aluminum guides leading to the accessed planted roof, were provided by the application of self-leveling cementitious. UniTech was implemented with three layers, the first of which contained a reinforcement mesh. The system color is RAL 9010 and the finish is in high gloss.
Baths
Applied UniTech over screed helicopters for perfectly smooth floor surfaces and over 3rd hand spatula on walls. For the en-suite wall in the master bedroom, the application was made over grid-reinforced cement insulation. The system color is RAL 9010 and the finish is high gloss.
Exterior Hallways
Applied UniTech over cement insulation reinforced with mesh in three layers, the first of which contained reinforcing mesh. The system color is RAL 7047 and the finish is matte.
